Pine Hub started as a group chat where three friends kept sending each other screenshots of games they couldn't stop playing. At some point we figured we should just write it all down in one place instead of losing links in old messages. That place became this site.,Everything we cover, we actually install and play. Nobody on the team writes about a game they only watched a trailer of. We care most about how a game feels on a real phone during a commute or a lunch break, not how it looks in a polished promo clip.,We pick games for review based on a simple filter: is it fun after the first ten minutes, and is it fair to your time? Some titles are big and loud, others are tiny indie things with one clever idea. We like both, as long as they respect the player.,The site is independent. We're not owned by a studio or a publisher, and we pay for our own devices and data plans. If something is mediocre, we'll say so plainly.

Lukas Vogel — Lukas has been reviewing mobile games for about eight years and still keeps three phones charging on his desk at all times. He handles the racing and arcade coverage and edits everything the team writes.
